All purchases made through the official Coralli e Preziosi website are governed by the general conditions of sale indicated below, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code, Legislative Decree n. 206/2005, the so-called Consumer Code, and by the privacy legislation, Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003, as amended by the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR – n. 2016/679 EU.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The methods of sale, delivery and payment are indicated in detail in the various sections of the Site, as well as specifically re-proposed during checkout and are to be considered essential and integral conditions of the sales contract.
The conditions applicable to each individual order are provided in detail to the Customer on the Site at the time of the order.
Any changes to the contractual conditions and / or promotions will be applicable only from the time of publication of the same on the Site and will therefore apply only to sales concluded subsequently, in the manner specified from time to time.

2. PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All purchases made through the official website of Coralli e Preziosi, concerning the available products and the relative prices indicated, constitute telematic contracts falling within the scope of the offer to the public, governed by art. 1336 of the civil code and following.
Every detail, method, option and / or limitation relating to purchases that can be made through this Site are expressly specified in these conditions of sale, as well as in the summary that will be automatically sent to each buyer via e-mail to the address electronics indicated, immediately after the conclusion of the purchase.

3. PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics of the products are described on the site within each product sheet. It should be considered that the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. These are handcrafted products made immediately after the order is confirmed. The shipment of the purchased products will start no earlier than 7 days from the date of purchase. For Italy, shipping costs will be free for orders over € 300.00

4. PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE AND PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS

Some artifacts made by the Coralli e Preziosi company cannot be purchased directly online but can be ordered by completing the information request form on the relevant product page, upon creation of a tailor-made quote based on the customer’s specifications. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested products, Coralli e Preziosi undertakes to promptly inform the Customer in accordance with the procedures set out in art. 54 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005 and not to charge the customer the corresponding price or, in the case of advance payment, to reimburse the customer for the purchase if requested.

5. PRICES

The prices of the products on sale, clearly visible to Users in the appropriate sections of the product data sheet, are inclusive of VAT.
The price does not include the costs of the delivery service and any customs taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union, to be considered the responsibility of the buyer.
The price calculated at the time of the order will not take any consideration of price increases or decreases, for any promotions that occurred later or previously concluded with respect to the time of purchase.

6. PAYMENT

Payment can be made, at the Customer’s choice, in the following ways:

Paypal
Payment on site
Bank transfer
In the event that the Customer has expressed a preference for the bank transfer method, the reference number of the purchase order must be indicated in the reason for the transfer. Once the order has been placed and payment by bank transfer has been made, Coralli e Preziosi will proceed with the fulfillment of the order itself only after the actual crediting of the relevant payment.
If the payment is not credited to the company current account within seven (7) working days after placing the order, the same will be canceled and, therefore, considered resolved pursuant to art. 1456 of the civil code.
Should the sum relating to the purchase be credited only partially, the Coralli e Preziosi company will suspend the execution of the shipment of the goods until full payment of the same and in any case, no later than seven (7) days from the partial crediting.
It should be noted that some banking institutions may charge commissions for bank transfer transactions which, as such, do not in any way concern the Coralli e Preziosi company

7. INVOICE

At the express request of the Customer, an invoice will be issued on b

ase of the data provided at the time of the online order and a copy will be included in the package containing the Customer’s purchase, as well as a copy in PDF format that will be sent by e-mail to the Customer.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

Orders are effective and binding only from the moment in which the entire purchase procedure is completed regularly. Otherwise, error messages will be visible on the Site screen that will invite the Customer to correct the incorrect data or to enter the missing data. Coralli e Preziosi only processes orders completed in the correct manner and relating only to products expressly ordered by the Customer.

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as the purchase is completed in the manner indicated in the previous articles, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed by e-mail to his e-mail address indicated during the purchase. In this communication, the Customer will be able to view the summary of the products purchased, their prices and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself.

10. PREPARATION OF THE ORDER

Generally, orders are processed within seven to ten (7-10) days from the time the payment is actually credited. However, the times can be determined differently depending on the type of article, standard or customized.

11. DELIVERY

Delivery times are determined both by the preparation times of the products, as indicated in the previous art. 10, and from the place of destination.

Coralli e Preziosi will not be responsible for any delays due to the transport service or anomalies of the products not attributable to a factory defect or improper handling of the products by the seller.
To protect customers, the Coralli e Preziosi company invites you to refuse delivery or accept delivery with reserve in the event that the package is visibly damaged or there are anomalies.
Any disputes relating to the execution of the service may be raised, under penalty of forfeiture, within ten (10) days of delivery, by contacting the Coralli e Preziosi customer service at the address: info@coralliepreziosi.it.

12. NON DELIVERY

For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the address indicated in the order. Coralli e Preziosi will also have the right to exclude the customer from subsequent purchases or to make the provision of the service subject to online payment.

13. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

This Regulation is based on the rules of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the goods, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, even partially in the case of orders relating to multiple products, without having to provide any reasons and without additional costs, provided that the withdrawal is communicated and approved through the return procedure indicated below.
Return procedure:

Send a return request email to info@coralliepreziosi.it, complete with the order number and details of the goods to be returned and Coralli e Preziosi undertakes to contact you for the details of the return.

The right of return cannot be exercised for customized products, pursuant to the provisions of art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

14. LIABILITY

Coralli e Preziosi guarantees compliance with the quality standards relating to each product, with the seriousness with which it has always operated.
As specified in the previous art. 11, any liability relating to the poor condition of the products due to improper handling after the delivery of the order to the carrier is excluded.
The Coralli e Preziosi company declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages, actual or potential, of any nature and in any form they occur, resulting from the use of the official company website as a whole and / or of news, photos, images and information contained therein.

15. PRIVACY

Coralli e Preziosi will process the Customer’s personal data in full compliance with national and international legislation on privacy, as specified in detail in the information in the “Privacy” section of the Site.

16. JURISDICTION

For any dispute that may arise in relation to the application, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale, the Court of Trapani will be mandatorily competent.
